Enrollment Requirements

If you would like to enroll your child to P.S. 199, please note that you must be zoned. 

 

Don't know if you're zoned? You can check your zoned school here. 

 

If you are having trouble finding your zoned school you can go to the enrollment office located at 1780 Ocean Avenue (Avenue M and Ocean Avenue) OR text the pupil accounting secretary, Ms. Taylor at 209-718-1990. 

 

Please note, all students must have ALL required vaccines in order to start school. Please have the doctor fill out this required form.
